Owner of the Coldwell Banker franchise in Jacó. Costa Rica resident since 2005. Awarded the International President’s Elite designation.
Originally from Washington State, I’ve called Costa Rica home since 2005 and live full time in Jacó. As the owner of the Coldwell Banker franchise here, I combine a deep connection to the Central Pacific with the reach of an international real estate network.
A consulting approach, with education first.
I take a consulting approach with every client. Before discussing a purchase or a sale, I take the time to understand your goals and help you get to know the local real estate market.
For buyers, that means understanding pricing, comparing properties and communities, and weighing the trade-offs. For sellers, it means understanding competing listings, market conditions, and how pricing and presentation can shape a sale.
My goal is to give you the context and clear answers you need to make an informed decision, at a pace that feels right for you.
Recognized among Coldwell Banker’s best
I have been awarded the International President’s Elite designation, placing me among the top 2% of Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Coldwell Banker’s Global and Costa Rica networks recognized this achievement as a reflection of excellence, dedication, and professionalism.
I’m proud of the recognition—and grateful for the clients whose trust makes my work possible. The standard behind it is the same one I bring to each conversation: listen carefully, explain clearly, and give your goals the attention they deserve.
